Our CHOCOLATE CHIP isn't just plain cheesecake with chocolate chips in it. We developed a recipe with just the right balance of sour cream & creme de cacao to compliment the chocolate chips. It is baked on a chocolate cookie crust & finished with a chocolate "paw" border.
