Mary Massey

A 25-year residential real estate veteran, avid animal lover and “wanna-be” vegetarian. I am so excited about this new venture because I have for the past couple of years been learning about how food heals the body and mind or destroys the human body and mind. I feel that people need to become more educated about the foods they eat. Hopefully this is one way to help people get on a path of healthier lifestyles while also giving people the flexibility for their busy lives
