Know your Chef

 Born and raised in St. Louis, Chef Corey Marion began his deep appreciation for creative cuisine while attending the Culinary Arts Program at Forest Park Community College. Upon graduation, he began his culinary career working at various luxury hotels and country clubs from St. Louis to Charleston, SC.

After 4 years at The Market Pavilion Hotel honing his skills as a sous chef, Corey spent time traveling the Caribbean after being offered a position as a personal chef on a private yacht. Fresh seafood was abundant, and he was allowed to get as creative as he liked. This is also where he came to master an Asian style of cuisine, which has now become his trademark.

After returning to St. Louis, Chef Corey earned an opportunity to work as a demo chef at Mercy Hospital, where he has spent the last ten years creating delicious and healthy meals for patrons.

In 2018 Chef Corey built and opened a Food Truck, Wok N Roll, that showcased his love of Asian cuisine. You can find Wok N Roll at 9 mile garden and at various locations in St. Louis county.

Chef Corey is well versed in many styles of cuisine and is excited to be a part of the team.
